GAME FORMAT
 

3 X 12-minute stop time periods for all levels and divisions other than Bantam AA and all Midget levels,
each of whom will play 3 X 15-minute stop time periods.

Each team will be allowed one thirty (30) second timeout during the game.

No timeouts will be allowed during a shootout

OVERTIME FORMAT
 

1. 5-minutes stop time 6 on 6 (5 skaters and 1 goaltender)
2. 5-minutes stop time 5 on 5 (4 skaters and 1 goaltender)
3. 5 player shoot-out (home team has the option to shoot 1^st or 2^nd)
4. sudden death shoot-out (no player can shoot twice until all eligible skaters have attempted a shot)
